Satay Seasoning Mix

This packet contains Satay Marinade and Sauce Mix / Makes 2 servings

Chicken Satay:

Mix Satay Marinade with coconut milk.

Marinate for 1 hour. Thread chicken onto skewers.

Grill until done.

Satay Dipping Sauce:

Mix Satay Sauce Mix with coconut milk.

Add vegetable oil. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer.

Stir-fry until the oil separates.
