Laab Namtok Seasoning Mix

Makes 2 servings

Prepare ground meat for LAAB or grilled meat for NAMTOK. Empty content of this packet and add water. Stir fry until done.

Add fish sauce to taste. Garnish with shallot, mint leaves and spring onion.

Serve with fresh vegetables.
